Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and API design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment (NYC & Milwaukee).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
