Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market transformations and competitive landscapes
- Produce strategic foresight reports and white papers for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future possibilities and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advise leadership on emerging ethical, regulatory, and sustainability implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Experience working in agile, cross-cultural environments with global stakeholders
- Passion for continuous learning and adaptability in rapidly evolving landscapes
