Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce actionable intelligence reports on disruptive technologies (AGI, quantum computing, neuro interfaces) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members using compelling data narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (Foresight Platform, Kumu.io, Palantir)
