As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and venture partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly shape our $2B innovation portfolio and position us as industry pioneers in the next wave of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify breakthrough investment opportunities
- Design horizon-scanning protocols for continuous trend monitoring
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
