Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) using proprietary HorizonScan AI platform
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend briefings read by C-level executives and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state scenarios using digital twin technology
- Present findings at exclusive industry summits and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience advising on ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Portfolio of 3+ foresight projects implemented with measurable business impact
