Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future literacy across all departments
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and market paradigm shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion emerging technology adoption through pilot programs and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-ready projects or thought leadership publications
