Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 transformations
- Author white papers and scenario-planning frameworks for emerging domains: generative AI ethics, synthetic biology, and quantum-secure infrastructure
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with MIT/Caltech researchers to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Quantify future ROI projections for exponential technologies using proprietary foresight modeling tools
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos and World Economic Forum summits as a thought leader
- Mentor a team of futurists while maintaining cutting-edge expertise in emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive technology forecasts with 85%+ accuracy (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis frameworks
- Deep technical fluency in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies undergoing digital transformation
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Gartner TPO or Scenario360
