Role Overview
We are seeking an expert to design, implement, and optimize complex machine learning models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to deliver robust, scalable AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Conduct research to identify new algorithms and methodologies for predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality data ingestion and processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for production environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI implementation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production using MLOps best practices.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (depending on specialization).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
