Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and societal disruptions impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework, including scenario planning and trend analysis for long-term roadmap alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough innovations and accelerate commercialization timelines
- Present compelling strategic narratives to executive leadership and boards, translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications, keynote speaking, and white papers positioning the company as a 2026 innovation authority

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with proven impact on long-term planning

- Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, and data-driven decision making

- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, cross-impact analysis) and visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders through compelling narratives
