- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate strategic vision into concrete technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce best practices for system security, data governance, and high-availability infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for architectural evolution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and large-scale enterprise engineering.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering complex technical roadmaps.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep knowledge of modern programming languages, including Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and scalable backend architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
