Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and high performance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and improve system reliability.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React or Angular.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, or Go for backend development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
