- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.

- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to implement security patches and updates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hardware and software installations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a contract duration.
