Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software and security patches.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure proper system usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and office productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
