Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees and external clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to escalate complex technical problems.
- Conduct basic hardware installations and software configurations.
- Train end-users on new software tools and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues and configure basic hardware peripherals.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
