Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and storing inventory, ensuring that our supply chain remains efficient and accurate.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders and prepare them for timely shipping.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
