Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Packaging & Shipping: Inspect, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counting, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care and placed in designated areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy machinery.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
