Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers and trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and organize inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections on equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to read labels, scan barcodes, and spot discrepancies.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
