Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and assembly lines in a fast-paced environment.
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials and finished goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and quality checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
