Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment using industrial equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
