Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and any damage.
- Pick, pack, and label orders efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime when necessary.
