Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely handle boxes, pallets, and materials using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: accurately receive, sort, and organize stock in the warehouse to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to a vehicle to commute to our Philadelphia location.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records.
