Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring accuracy and damage-free transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and update stock records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and operational goals.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift with proper technique.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
