Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, condition, and proper labeling.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to maximize storage space and retrieval efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory levels and track order status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with the legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels, packing slips, and barcodes accurately.
- Valid driver's license or willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
