- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform stock counts, verify incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- Packaging: Properly package, label, and organize items for distribution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory for immediate starters.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and consistent work attendance.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred.
