Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap for AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems that leverage next-gen algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Nexus Horizon Labs remains ahead of the curve.
- Lead architectural reviews and code quality assurance for critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Strong background in high-performance computing and data pipeline engineering.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
