Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and verify incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
