Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanning devices.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the warehouse environment organized.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading trucks and verifying shipment contents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus for some roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
