Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and palletize products for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (experience considered).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and packaging.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland, OH facility.
