Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Receive and verify incoming inventory to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and calculating quantities.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, temperature-controlled areas).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and be on your feet for 8+ hours.
- Valid driver's license or ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
