Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload shipments from trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package products according to order specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the team lead immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
