Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damaged goods immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
