Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments
- Participate in weekly team meetings to process improvements
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
