Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move products within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying incoming stock to ensure accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct and timely.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by organizing stockrooms and aisles.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
