Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to optimize workflow and reduce retrieval time.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in processing incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing accurate shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.
