Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory management protocols including cycle counts and stock audits
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate product receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes
- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Train and mentor new team members on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
