Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients in a remote and on-site capacity.
- Manage and resolve incoming technical support tickets using our ticketing system within SLA guidelines.
- Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to end-users to resolve common technical problems.
- Collaborate with the IT department to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and updates as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
