Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate receiving, sorting, and stocking of inventory to ensure warehouse organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
