Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist with daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and record inventory using handheld scanners or manual logs.
- Equipment Handling: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
