Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 5-8 part-time staff during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless weekend handoffs
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6am-2pm)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid California driver's license
