Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and ensure team adherence to company standards
- Train and mentor part-time staff on customer service protocols and safety procedures
- Manage inventory counts and restock activities during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if required for logistics)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
