Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets and shelves accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies to the shift lead immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Assist with package sorting and dispatching during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
