Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak weekend hours.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
