Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory in and out of the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper organization of stock areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Packaging: Properly package goods to prevent damage during transit.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- High School Diploma: General education required.
