Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight trucks and trailers using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock, check for damages, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required by certification.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train willing candidates.
