Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure accurate inventory management and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and optimize loading dock efficiency
- Process payroll documentation and maintain personnel records
- Conduct weekly team meetings to address operational challenges
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery SLAs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
