Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from loading docks, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to transport inventory to designated storage areas.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock levels using our proprietary management system.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues immediately to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping according to customer specifications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Forklift certification is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
