Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA safety protocols
- Package and label products for shipment with precision
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to company policies and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to 7am-11pm shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
