Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they are properly labeled and organized.
- Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
