Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of merchandise from trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and document discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update inventory levels and track stock movements accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and fulfillment center goals.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, uniform standards, and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a commitment to the assigned shift.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
