Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records to prevent shortages.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or RFID readers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
